Spay and Neuter Bill AB1634
California State Senate voted 5-27 against Assembly Bill 1634. However, this is not the end of AB 1634. The bill has been granted "Reconsideration" pursuant to Senate Rule 43, which means it can be brought up for another vote next week.
This bill eliminates Pet Owners rights!
