Aztec DPC Doberman Rescue - Rose

small logo

Adopted 1/11/06

A woman called the very day Rose was listed on our rescue page. There was one condition, would she get along with the male dog the woman owned. Joanne took Rose, who was in season when she came into rescue, out to meet the woman and her dog. The woman of course fell in love with Rose who is a bundle of joy. The male too was playful and affectionate with Rose, who took it all in, slowly at first. It was clear this relationship would work and Rose went home as soon as she was spayed.

Rose's Story

(1/2/06) A 1 year old black and tan female with natural ears and a docked tail. Rose was rescued by Joanne from a home in Fallbrook whose owner could no longer keep her. Rose is as sweet as they come. She is very much inside dog and crawled into Joanne's bed the very first night there. Rose is housetrained, gets along great with other dogs and absolutely loves people. She's in heat right now and needs to be spayed before she can go home. Rose is being fostered by Joanne until she goes to her forever home, she would not do well in our kennels. (Our thanks to Joanne for both rescuing Rose and for ensuring she gets off to a good new start.) Photos soon.
